Introduction

SAKURAI ATHLETIC MFG CO., LTD. is located in Dafa Industrial Park, Kaohsiung, Taiwan with 50+ years of baseball and softball construction experience. 

The advanced baseball fabrication craftsmanship introduced from Japan played a big role since the factory inception, and later on became the first Taiwan-based manufacturer breaking into the international baseball equipment market. Besides simply focusing on developed market regions, the finished products have formed solid support for local baseball teams from youth, highschool to professional levels by helping lower the significant training cost since 1990.

Starting from the mid 1980s, the factory labeled products are mass adopted by both Chinese Taipei Baseball Association and Chinese Taipei Softball Association then being assigned as official game balls for teams of all levels. Our manufacturing technique has tightly woven with the evolution of Taiwan baseball along the way; milestones include delivering BB-990 model innovation, establishing official partnership with CPBL (Chinese Professional Baseball League) and collaborating with clients such as Nike, Rawlings and Worth.
